As part of our verification process, all customers must complete an identity check (via MyKad, MyTentera, or MyPR) through SumSub and a credit check through our Credit partners.

Your subscription is billed monthly in advance. Your first payment is taken when your order is confirmed. Future payments are charged monthly from the date your product is delivered, and you’ll only be billed for the time you have the item. Yes — you can choose to purchase your device at any time during your subscription. All subscription payments you’ve already made will be credited towards the final purchase price. The price is dynamic and may change over time based on factors such as your payment history and account activity.
Purchasing is optional — you can also choose to upgrade, extend, or return your device at the end of your plan.

Yes, you can buy your device after the first month payment, but it may cost more than buying it retail. Our subscription is designed to spread out costs while offering flexibility and protection.
If you are keen to purchase immediately, we recommend going to your local retailer.

Through our Know Your Customer “KYC” Partner, SumSub, we receive standard-format personal data including income information. Once you collect your device in-store, your Urban Republic x Cinch subscription is activated and confirmed. No changes can be made after collection, as you will have verified the device’s condition at handover.
